Darrell Patrick – Owner & Executive Chef
Darrell is not only a devoted husband and father — he’s also the heart behind the flavorful dishes at Carriage Lane Inn. Inspired by his mother’s homemade recipes, Darrell brings that same love and tradition into every meal served at our events. His passion for cooking and hospitality is evident in every bite. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him working on projects around the property or tending to the gardens.
Victoria Patrick – Owner & Venue Director
Victoria is the proud wife of Darrell and mother of three. Carriage Lane Inn is more than a business — it’s the fulfillment of her childhood dream. She loves meeting couples, giving venue tours, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Victoria works closely with Taylore to make every wedding a stress-free and memorable experience. Her commitment to making each event special is at the heart of Carriage Lane Inn.
