Darrell is not only a devoted husband and father — he’s also the heart behind the flavorful dishes at Carriage Lane Inn. Inspired by his mother’s homemade recipes, Darrell brings that same love and tradition into every meal served at our events. His passion for cooking and hospitality is evident in every bite. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him working on projects around the property or tending to the gardens.

Victoria Patrick – Owner & Venue Director
Victoria is the proud wife of Darrell and mother of three. Carriage Lane Inn is more than a business — it’s the fulfillment of her childhood dream. She loves meeting couples, giving venue tours, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Victoria works closely with Taylore to make every wedding a stress-free and memorable experience. Her commitment to making each event special is at the heart of Carriage Lane Inn.

Chef Mark – Culinary Specialist
Chef Mark brings years of culinary experience to Carriage Lane Inn, having worked in upscale country clubs and event venues. Taylore Elassal – Event Manager & Lead Designer
Taylore holds a degree in Interior Design and uses her creative vision to transform every wedding into a personalized and breathtaking experience. Her warm personality, artistic talent, and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our team. When she’s not coordinating events, she enjoys painting and spending time with her family. Taylore’s creativity and professionalism ensure that every celebration is unforgettable.

Anna - Wedding Coordinator

With a true passion for party planning and a vibrant, youthful energy, Anna brings each couple’s unique vision to life. She collaborates closely with clients to thoughtfully plan every detail of their special day, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration.
